WORKING HOURS
Payday is typically on the 15th of every month; 13th salary is not required by law.
Public holidays of 12 days and annual leave is based on the years an employee has worked for the employee it starts from 3 days (6 months of service) 7 days (1-2 years of service) to a maximum annual leave of 30 days.
Both parties are required to provide valid reasoning for termination as well as a notice period of 10 days, 20 days or 30 days.
